Territorian Crisp
We live in the centre of Australia, surrounded by desert. Surely we know how to make a cracking crisp, clean mid-strength beer. We do and we call it Territorian Crisp. We dialled up the clean and crisp factor by taking it through a slow, cold fermentation over two weeks. This one was fun to make too because it's a collab with our brewery friends Beaver and Purple Mango.
WHAT'S TO LIKE
Mid in form, but not in character. Best described by many like way - crisp, well balanced, gentle body, crisp, subtle malt, slightly bitter (thanks German Magnum hops), crisp... Proud to say it earned us a Gold Medal at the Royal Qld Beer Awards, who also know a thing or two about a refreshing beer for the hot summer.
