DUTY MANAGER
VENUE MANAGER

ALL ROUNDERS
Duties include serving of food, collection of plates and glasses, general cleaning duties including washing dishes.

SKILLED BARSTAFF
Duties include responsible service of alcohol, preperation of drinks including beer, wine and cocktails, high level customer service, clearing of plates and glasses and general cleaning duties.

SKILLED COOK / KITCHEN HAND
Duties varied on skill level to include food preparation, pizza making, serving of food, general cleaning duties including washing dishes. Great conditions including staff incentives on offer. Regular beer allocations and meals on shifts exceeding 5 hours.
