Alice Springs is hardly the easiest place in Australia to build a brewery, but in 2018 we overcame a ridiculous amount of set backs and got there!

When you're thirsty for a cocktail, we're ready for you. All cocktails are handcrafted by our experienced bartenders. Request your favourite or try out something new. Maybe a Margarita rimmed with salt, our famous Bananarama or the Crocodile Dun-Doo (you won't find this anywhere else...)
And for our Sunday Sesh we have a variety of cocktail jugs to choose from. So kick back, listen to live music, and enjoy the end of the weekend with us at the Brewpub.
