REFUND POLICY

We don’t offer exchanges on beer unless you’ve received faulty stock or your order has been damaged in transit.

All products must be returned in their original condition. We don't offer refunds if the items have been worn, used, damaged after delivery or altered in any way.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend using registered post and you pre-pay all postage. We also advise you take out shipping insurance as we don't assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit if you choose not to insure.

Follow these steps for a return, refund or exchange of a non-faulty item:

1. Email us at  info@alicespringsbrewingco.com.au within 14 days of delivery with these details:

  • Your order number 
  • Details of the item you would like refunded/exchanged

2. We will review your request and if accepted, we'll give you an address to return the items to.

  • Returns are to be processed by postage only. 
  • Purchases made via our Online Store cannot be accepted at our Alice Springs Brewery; and vice versa.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in ‘as new’, unworn condition. We will not refund or exchange any item that does not meet these requirements. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Email us the tracking details, so that we know it’s coming.

3. Once the item has been received and checked, we'll process your refund (exclusive of original and return shipping) to your original payment method; or dispatch your requested exchange.

For faulty, defective or if the item was damaged in transit email us at info@alicespringsbrewingco.com.au and we'll try and resolve the issue, depending on the situation.
