Territorian Dry

Territorian Dryis our crafty take on the classic Australian lager. Full strength and full flavoured for when you need a bit more to quench your thirst. For that extra crispness we fermented slowly over two weeks, dialed up the maltiness using a combination of Pilsner, Munich, Carapils, and German Magnum adds a nice hoppy bitterness. Why keep drinking the same big brand bland lager when you can have a lager that kills it on taste and refreshment. We prove you can have it all!

Super easy drinker, it's the beer that pleases the crowd. It's got just the right dose of everything - smooth malt flavours, light fruity hop character, subtle bitterness, crisp finish. How can you fault that?

BACK STORY
Great Iron Gold was the name we first coined for this beer. Even though Alice was probably way ahead of the rest of the Territory five years ago when it came to craft beer, we still had some ways to go. It still happens today where grey nomads will walk up to the bar and ask if we have [insert mainstream bland lager] and we generally just pour them a Centralian and they take a sip and smile.
